As a member of our Operation Support team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Stock Assembly lines/ Associates with required parts daily by using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, etc.
  2. Assist with on campus material handling and movement of parts along with loading & unloading of machines.
  3. Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness.
  4. Participate in annual and random cycle counts.
  5. Reads production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.
  6. Confers with department supervisors to determine overdue material and parts and to inform supervisors of material status.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. 1-2 years’ experience preferred
  3. Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects.

As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assembling Linebacker brush-cutting equipment, Jarraff All-Terrain and Mini-Jarraff Urban Tree Trimmers.
  2. Assembling mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and pneumatic tooling.
  3. Completing tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
  4. Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager.
  5. Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. High school diploma/GED, 2-year technical degree with hydraulic systems knowledge preferred
  2. 2 + years manufacturing experience; background in diesel mechanics is a plus.
  3. Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (safety glasses, gloves etc.)

As a member of our Welding Team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Reading blueprints and drawings for measurements to plan layout and procedures.
  2. Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
  3. Welding and fabricating parts for both Linebacker brush-cutting equipment and Jarraff All-Terrain Tree Trimmers.
  4. Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
  5. Maintaining equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. 2-year technical degree in welding or equivalent in experience
  2. 1 + years welding experience in a manufacturing setting
  3. Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)

The Vegetation Management & Tracked Vehicles Marketing Manager has a cross-functional role being primarily responsible for coordinating and implementing the marketing activities in our vegetation management business as well as supporting selected functions for our tracked vehicles division.

You think strategically and can apply strategy to your work. You have good writing skills that can be applied to different target audiences.  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES which will allow you to contribute to the success of our organization: 

  1. Coordinates and implements marketing activities including newsletters, press releases, advertisements in trade magazines, brochures, with a particular focus on social media content development and website content creation; 
  2. Develops strategies and tactics to increase the effectiveness of campaigns helping to realize set KPIs; 
  3. Tracks the effectiveness of campaigns/projects based on agreed KPIs and makes final reports;

 YOUR SKILLS that will allow you to have fun while ensuring excellence: 

  1. University degree in marketing, business administration or relevant role experience; 
  2. At least 2 years in a 360° marketing role whereby all marketing activities have been coordinated and implemented by one person; 
  3. We are looking for a person who is used to working operatively in all aspects of marketing activities but can apply strategic thinking; 
  4. Excellent project management skills; 
  5. Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking;

As a member of our Service team, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating and administer activities of Jarraff Parts sales and service while maintaining accurate records of all parts sales and service transactions and ensure compliance to company guidelines.

  1. Solicits orders from customers by phone and email.
  2. Recommend and sell parts and services utilizing knowledge of machine capabilities and limitations.
  3. Quotes parts prices per customers request.
  4. Work directly with customers and/or service network to troubleshoot issues and recommends solutions for timely resolution.
  5. Process part orders on a timely basis to meet customer needs and expectations.
  6. Communicates field and warranty issues to all affected departments.
  7. Arrange shipping for equipment and part sales.
  8. Monitor parts inventory and reorder stock when inventories drop to specified level.
  9. Analyze part sales for trends and make recommendations accordingly.
  10. Participate in weekly communication meetings with engineering and Quality Departments.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, and or management preferred.
  3. Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes/procedures/tooling, product flow, and quality practices; business knowledge and good customer service skills required.
  4. Basic Computer skills required.

As a member of our Operations Support team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Verifies package identifying information through counts, weights, and/or other measures. 
  2. Execute proper procedures to pack and prepare shipments. 
  3. Maintain stock for shipping supplies. 
  4. Affixes shipping labels/shipping ID info on prepared packages for shipment. 
  5. Provide quality control review for all products within the retail stock area. 
  6. Understand shipping costs and eliminate unnecessary expenses related to errors and inefficiencies in the shipping process. 
  7. Coordinate completion of preparing shipments with carrier pickup times. 
  8. Utilizing hand pallet jack, forklifts and shipping carts, properly positions items for shipment after preparation. 

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. High School Diploma or GED. 
  2. Prefer 1+ years directly related shipping operations experience (i.e., FedEx/UPS), pulling and packaging parts. 
  3. Excellent customer service and organizational skills with strong attention to details, Analytical problem solving, Understand and follow protocol for the proper lines of communication, clear understanding of company mission and values and ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  4. Works in the shop environment and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  1. Perform Receiving functions including material storage and computer transactions. 
  2. Establish and maintain inventory locations. 
  3. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, and handcart. 
  4. Pull parts for production as required. 
  5. Maintain computerized inventory records and check against inventory control totals using computer. 
  6. Complete inventory cycle counts. 
  7. Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory. 
  8. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. 
  9. Assist with packaging of parts for shipping. 
  10. Assist production areas as required. 
  11. Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel. 
  12. Performs other tasks or assignments as required to improve inventory control and inventory accuracy. 

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. High School diploma or GED
  2. Prefer 1+years’ experience in inventory cycle counting and shipping/receiving.
