Current Full-Time Positions Available

The purpose of this job is to assemble Jarraff products until they are completed to the acceptance of Quality Assurance testing and routing operations.

Typical job duties include:
  • Performs bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools and electronic pneumatic tooling
  • Assist with assembly of Jarraff Industries’ equipment
  • Parts and storage handling 
  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
Position requirements include:
  • High School Diploma/GED, 2-year technical degree with hydraulics system knowledge is preferred
  • 2+ years manufacturing experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes, work measurement, quality assurance, shop routing, blueprint

Position type/expected hours of work

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday – Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Hours are flexible.

The purpose of this job is to weld and fabricate Linebacker brush-cutting equipment and Jarraff All-Terrain Tree Trimmers.  Welders use welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. 

Typical job duties include:
  • Weld parts/machinery for both Linebacker Brush Cutters and Jarraff All-Terrain Tree Trimmers.
  • Fabricate both Linebacker Brush-Cutting equipment and Jarraff All-Terrain Tree Trimmers.
  • Reading blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures.
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
  • Setting up components for welding according to specifications.
  • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts the must be welded
  • Align components using calipers, rulers, and clamp pieces
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
  • Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
  • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
  • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Position requirements include:
  • 2-year technical degree in welding or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years welding experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, work measurement, quality assurance, shop routing, blueprint and math
