Job Purpose:
The buyer compiles and maintains records of business transactions and offices activities, of the organization.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40+ hours per week.
As a member of our Purchasing team, you will be responsible for:
- Manages part deliveries and schedules incoming shipments to meet production demand
- Purchases parts and services to support the production of finished goods and service components.
- Works directly with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule
- Contacts vendors to confirm order status
- Responsible for quoting existing and new components with suppliers
- Purchases supplies and reviews requisitions
- Contacts vendors with discrepancies with quantity and quality.
- Interfaces with and assists all departments and resolves problems and issues as necessary.
- Performs data entry of all purchase orders, acknowledgements and receipts.
- Assists in the development of the company’s inventory tracking system

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to weld and fabricate Linebacker brush-cutting equipment and to weld and fabricate Jarraff All-Terrain Tree-Trimmers. Welders use, welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday – Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Hours are flexible.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrations.
As a member of our Welder/fabricator team, you will be responsible for:
- Weld parts/machinery for both Linebacker brush-cutting equipment and Jarraff All-Terrain Tree-Trimmers
- Fabricate both Linebacker brush-cutting equipment and Jarraff All-Terrain Tree-Trimmers
- Reading blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
- Setting up components for welding according to specifications
- Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to compile and maintain materials and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas while keeping work stations fully stocked with material, thus controlling the continuous flow of productivity by performing the following duties.
As a member of our Manufacturing and office team, you will be responsible for:
- Stock Assembly lines/ Associates with required parts daily by using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, and etc.
- Assist with on campus material handling and movement of parts along with loading & unloading of machines.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a vigorous role; however, some filing maybe required. This would require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing, operate mechanical equipment, including forklifts, Hand/power Tools, Pallet Jacks, Stock Chaser, and hand carts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Job Purpose:
The IT Helpdesk Local Coordinator will be responsible for onsite and remote IT support. This role will support the onsite team at Jarraff as well as subsidiaries across North America.
Essential Functions:
- Provide front-line support to users, remotely or in person, diagnose problems, propose solutions and document problems and solutions;
- Provide software, hardware and operational support to employees (writing, documentation, FAQ, etc.);
- Advise, assist and train users in the use of software;
- Install, test and update IT equipment (computers, hardware, programs and software) and keep the hardware/software inventory up to date;
- Receive and distribute computer equipment;
- Manage user accounts and access;
- Participate in the evaluation of new versions of existing software;
- Research, test and verify new software or equipment;
- Contribute to maintaining good computer security practices (Antivirus, Windows updates);
Qualifications:
- Education in computer science or equivalent, or knowledge of user support;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
- High level of customer service, courtesy and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in managing a IT fleet including workstations, mobile devices, printers, telephones and other equipment made available to users;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows environments (desktop and server) with Active Directory, productivity and collaboration products such as Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, and security products;
- Strong research skills, adaptability;
- Conscientious and organized;

Job Purpose:
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for a multi-state employee population, including gathering and reviewing timesheets, calculating wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, vacation and sick leave, and other employee perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on benefits matters regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
